to support management with daily administrative tasks.
We are looking for a well-organized and competent
Legal Secretary
to provide administrative and personal support to management. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
Organize and prepare documents, files, and correspondence
Answer phone calls and emails and redirect them when necessary
Handle sensitive information with full discretion and professionalism
Coordinate communication between internal staff and external parties
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities
Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in
Arabic
(spoken and written)
Good understanding of
English
Previous experience as a
Legal Secretary, Personal Secretary, or Office Secretary
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
