Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our legal team. The successful candidate will manage front office responsibilities, coordinate with clients, organize legal documents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a legal office setting.

Key Responsibilities:



Telephone and Communication Duties

-Answer incoming phone calls and maintain accurate call logs. -Handle general inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

Client Relations

-Greet clients in a courteous and professional manner. -Liaise with clients and provide timely updates on case progress. -Support lawyers in maintaining strong client communication.

Reception and Administrative Tasks

-Perform reception duties including managing appointments and receiving documents. -Assist with general administrative tasks as required. -Assist in making domestic and international travel arrangements.

Legal Document Management

-Arrange for legal translation of documents. -Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical client files. -Prepare legal correspondence and assist in document formatting.

Team Support and Coordination

-Provide ongoing administrative support to lawyers and legal consultants. -Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. -Support preparation for legal meetings, hearings, and conferences.

Qualifications and Skills:



University Degree Proven experience (at least 1 year) as a Legal Secretary or similar administrative role. Collaborates well with a diverse group of attorneys and legal associates Strong organizational and interpersonal and time management skills. Excellent English language skills both verbal and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal case management software. Proficiency or capacity to organize Teams and Zoom meetings Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work well in a team to achieve common goals and promote a positive work environment. Good judgment and professional demeanour Diligence and strong work ethic

Full-time position based in Dubai Law Firm.
