We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Legal Secretary

with an

LLB background

to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and prior experience working in a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Draft, review, and format legal documents, correspondence, and contracts Maintain and organize legal files (physical and electronic) Manage schedules, court dates, meetings, and deadlines Assist lawyers with case preparation and legal research Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties professionally Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements 3+ years of

UAE legal experience

Knowledge of UAE laws, court procedures, and legal documentation Experience with Dubai / Abu Dhabi courts and notary processes Fluent in

English

Strong drafting, filing, and organizational skills

Requirements:



LLB degree

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal role Strong understanding of legal terminology and documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation systems High level of accuracy, discretion, and time-management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
