to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to attorneys.
Draft, format, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Manage attorneys' calendars, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and client appointments.
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential legal files and records.
Coordinate communication between clients, courts, and internal staff to ensure timely and efficient case management.
Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving legal documents--both electronic and hard copy--in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team's daily operations.
