Job Description

Al Naqd Legal Consultation is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Abu Dhabi office to work with one of the top legal consultants.
  • Provide secretarial support to a top lawyer at the office.
  • Edit and proofread all legal documents.
  • Maintain attorney calendar by scheduling conferences, depositions, and meetings.
  • Welcome clients and conduct initial screenings of new clients.
  • Type minutes, in and out of court meetings.
  • Organise all legal documents and ensure they are updated.
  • Ensure all court documents are in order and filed before deadlines.
  • Answer emails and phone calls, and when necessary, redirect calls.
  • Research and authenticate important case information.
  • Prepare different legal documents including appeals, motions, and petitions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a legal secretary in a busy law firm
  • Impeccable Arabic language skills, English would be a plus
  • Arabic writing skill and English would be an added advantage
  • Must be Female
Education Degree in law Job Type: Full-time
