Our client is looking for a Legal Practice Executive to join their team. This role is supporting billing/ invoicing process for Partners across all the GCC offices. You will be heavily involved with preparing the matter billing process/ raising invoices. It is essential you have experience in the full billing cycle in legal or professional services firm.
Duties Include:

Our client is looking for a Legal Practice Executive to join their team. This role is supporting billing/ invoicing process for Partners across all the GCC offices. You will be heavily involved with preparing the matter billing process/ raising invoices. It is essential you have experience in the full billing cycle in legal or professional services firm.
Duties Include:
- Reviewing work in progress to support the matter billing process from billing guide to final invoice.
- Creating/amending invoices and time narratives as per Partners\' requirements.
- Making time entry changes for Partners and Lawyers on \'Intapp\' when requested.
- Preparing WIP and ad-hoc financial reports for Partners, Finance Team and Lawyers.
- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of client charge rates and other matter specific financial information.
- Submitting conflict checks, preparing engagement letters.
- Responsible for matter openings, updating, maintaining and closing matters.
- Managing New Business Intake (NBI) requirements for primary and secondary matter openings.
- Setting up new payees on the firm\'s billing system \'Elite 3E\'
To be successful in this role you must have experience in the full billing cycle ideally working with Elite 3E.

- Previous experience working within the finance department of a law / professional services firm, e.g. central finance administration, billing or revenue control
- Previous experience in administration, preferably within professional services or a law firm.
- 3+ years\' experience
- Must be living in the UAE
