They are seeking a Legal Team Assistant to support a small team. It is essential you have experience working in Legal or Professional Services. Duties Include: Assist with Front of House dutiesProviding extensive administrative supportDiary managementExpense managementTravel Coordination, including itineraries and visa applicationsAnswering telephones and emails professionally and in a timely mannerCollating presentations / reportsBooking and arranging meeting roomsCo-ordinating deadlinesFiling managementPrepare, edit and proofread documentationGeneral administration and day-to-day duties YOU ARE To be successful in this Legal Team Assistant role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and it is essential you have PA experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.
