LEGAL PA - DUBAI

Role Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal PA based in Dubai. This role is key to supporting our lawyers and client teams by providing high-level administrative and organisational support. You'll be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing legal documents, handling client correspondence, and maintaining internal systems and records.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our legal professionals and build strong relationships across the business. A proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional support are essential.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a Legal PA, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role Law degree or legal sector experience is beneficial but not essential Strong understanding of professional services environments Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems A team player with a proactive and flexible approach Committed to delivering outstanding client service
