Faimy Amar & Co. Legal Consultants is seeking an experienced and well-organized

Legal



Operations Manager

to oversee and optimize daily legal operations. The ideal candidate

will have a legal background (LLB or LLM), solid UAE legal experience, and strong team

management skills. This role includes supervising case management, scheduling, team

coordination, and also assisting lawyers with legal documentation and court appearances

when required.

Key Responsibilities



Case Management & Coordination



Monitor and track all active legal matters Assign or reassign cases based on expertise and availability Ensure complete and compliant case files Track court dates, deadlines, and submissions Coordinate with courts, legal entities, and external counsel

Court Assistance & Appearance



Support legal team by preparing case files for court hearings Assist lawyers in courtroom procedures and follow-ups Attend court hearings and legal appointments when required

Scheduling & Resource Allocation



Manage legal team schedules including court dates, client meetings, and internal reviews Allocate lawyers and support staff based on case priorities

Client Communication



Act as a key contact for ongoing client matters Ensure smooth communication between clients and legal teams Support client onboarding and file creation

Process Optimization



Implement best practices for workflow and document handling Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements Recommend legal tech tools to streamline tasks

Documentation & Compliance



Maintain organized documentation systems Ensure compliance with legal and data protection requirements Conduct regular audits on legal files and procedures

Team Oversight & Support



Supervise legal assistants and administrative staff Train team members on internal policies and service standards Coordinate with HR, finance, and IT for operational needs

Budget & Cost Monitoring



Track resource usage, billing hours, and case-related costs Prepare reports and analytics for management Work with finance on invoicing and budgeting

Requirements



LLB or LLM from a recognized institution (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience in legal operations or practice in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE court systems and legal documentation Ability to assist in court proceedings and manage case logistics Proficient in MS Office and legal management software Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
