Develop the company's internal regulations and provide advice and support to the line of action in relation to employee relations in order to achieve the company's objectives and in line with the UAE labor law
Training of HR staff in relation to labor law
Ensure that all HR procedures comply with the company's internal policies and the UAE Labor Law
Assistance in conducting exit interviews to avoid any labor disputes or violations by the company
Supervise pro into he need to handle employee visa proc and visa quota.
Responsible for employee legal compliance, avoiding and resolving any legal labor disputes
Coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
Administer company and joint venture companies' licenses with various UAE govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.
