About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our in-house legal team with daily legal and compliance operations. This role requires precision, discretion, and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will assist with contract management, internal legal documentation, regulatory coordination, and legal research.This position is ideal for a law student, recent graduate, or junior legal professional looking to gain hands-on corporate legal experience in a fast-growing, international company.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and legal templates with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Maintain legal documentation systems, including contract databases, trackers, and filing archives
• Assist in preparing documents for global licensing applications, including business plans, policies, and regulatory filings
• Conduct legal research on labor law, corporate law, and data protection across different jurisdictions
• Track and organize IP-related materials such as trademark filings and renewals
• Assist in the preparation of internal policy documents and regulatory correspondence
• Liaise with external parties for document notarization, certification, and translation
• Help identify legal process improvements and ensure version control

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or related field
• Strong attention to detail is essentialyou must be thorough, precise, and structured in both writing and documentation
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); other languages are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Lark
• Interest in corporate legal affairs, employment law, or fintech law
• Must be based in Dubai and available for onsite work
