Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Legal Head to lead and manage all legal matters of the organization in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of relevant legal experience in the UAE, with strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all legal matters, contracts, and compliance activities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements Manage litigation, disputes, and coordination with external legal counsel Advise management on legal risks and business decisions Handle regulatory matters with government authorities Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures Maintain proper legal documentation and records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); LLM is an advantage
5-6 years of legal experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, labor, and corporate laws Experience in contract management and legal advisory Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantagePreferred Candidate:
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or corporate environment Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
