Job Description
The job involves following up with courts, judicial and official authorities regarding case work, the progress of legal procedures and the implementation of judgments and representing the institution and center before the judicial authorities in referred cases as directed by the direct supervisor.
Representing the organization and center before judicial authorities in referred cases, as directed by the supervisor.
Following up with courts, judicial bodies, and official authorities regarding case proceedings, legal procedures, and the enforcement of judgments.
Monitoring the implementation of court and judicial decisions in all cases related to the organization, in coordination with relevant parties.
Monitoring the implementation of necessary procedures regarding legal decisions issued by the organization and preparing reports on the results.
Attending court and committee sessions as assigned and preparing legal reports on the proceedings.
Participating in the preparation of memoranda, pleadings, and applications for courts and committees under the supervision of the case officer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law
