Founded in 2001 our Legal Practice forms part of the Hydrogen Group a global specialist recruiter with over 300 specialist consultants across the globe. We have 40 consultants in our Legal Practice who specialise in placing lawyers in the Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Ireland, Caribbean, Channel Islands, US and in the UK. We have expertise in placing lawyers in-house and in private practice on a permanent basis. We are growing our Hydrogen in-house offering in the Middle East and have an exciting new opportunity in Dubai:
About the Role
The position covers a wide range of broker-dealer, corporate, and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on CFD. The Legal Director will play a central part in shaping legal strategy, driving business expansion, and maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile

• Qualified lawyer (UK or equivalent), trained at a top-tier law firm
• Minimum 9 years PQE, with in-house experience at a CFD/Forex brokerage
• Strong grounding in financial services regulation
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
