The candidate will work closely with all the SPOCS and the businesses / functions to ensure that the tool is implemented seamlessly across the organization. This will include engagements with the Service provider and respective SPOCS to ensure proper rollout and management of the tool. * Advocacy: The candidate will constantly scan the legislative landscape in the GCC to keep track of upcoming
legislation impacting the business. She will carry out an impact analysis of such legislations along with the respective SPOCS and provide regular inputs to the GC for feeding into the Chanakya (Advocacy) charter. * Risk Management Framework: The candidate will work closely with the GC and SPOCS and carry out a
detailed legal risk analysis for the business. This will give a very good ring side view to the candidate and also enable her to look at each of the verticals closely to identify top risks that the business faces and help in management reporting. Every quarter, top 10 risks shall be identified, and a detailed risk mitigation plan will be presented to the function and the management * Artificial Intelligence tools and its impact on the business and legal function: The candidate will study the
landscape of various AI tools available in the legal domain and evaluate how best they can be deployed for the legal function keeping quality and overall cost in mind.Budget and Cost Management: The candidate will ensure there is a budget tracker on each of the heads enabling tracking and management of legal function costs throughout the year. * Evangelize Brand legal within and outside the organization to help it become the most sought after legal
team in the GCC.
