Job Details
The applicant is expected to have the following competencies and experience:
Postgraduate / master degree in business law;
Language skills required: English as working language, French strongly recommended;
Required experience: 4/7 years of experience as transactional counsel in energy or industry (law firm or industrial company) - substantial experience in a law firm is a plus;
Negotiation skills; capacity to focus on key issues;
Autonomy in a demanding environment;
Drafting skills;
Rigor and capacity to synthetize;
Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills, in the context of a multicultural environment;
Ability to adopt a service partner approach to support the business .
