The Role

Salary:

Up to AED 28,000k per month + benefits Louis Gilmartin is currently working with a global Utilities company who are looking to hire a professional Legal Counsel to their team in Dubai. This candidate will be responsible for providing intricate legal counsel, drafting legal agreements, as well as advising senior management and Managing Counsel. This candidate will have experience in commercial law and commercial contracts. Key responsibilities: - Offering legal guidance for international infrastructure investments and M&A transactions. - Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. - Managing legal risks through policy implementation. - Ensuring regulatory compliance. - Promoting best practice.



Requirements

Requirements:

- 2+ years' relevant experience in the legal industry working either in-house or in private practice. - Degree in Law and Legal practice certificate or a post-graduate degree. - Background in Commercial Law essential. - Natural ability to work both as part of a team and independently. - Well-versed in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
