Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Legal Counsel fluent in Arabic and English

to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice across a broad range of areas including corporate, commercial, compliance, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters. The role requires strong legal acumen, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of business matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and service agreements in both Arabic and English. Ensure the company's operations and business practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulations in Arabic-speaking jurisdictions. Support internal stakeholders with legal risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management accordingly. Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and litigation matters. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a Master's degree or further qualifications is a plus. Licensed to practice law in an Arabic-speaking jurisdiction. 3+ years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally in a multinational company or leading law firm. Fluent in

Arabic and English

- both written and spoken. Strong knowledge of civil and commercial laws in Arabic-speaking countries. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience in [industry, e.g., fintech, cyber security, and IT solutions, etc.] Familiarity with cross-border transactions and international legal frameworks Understanding of compliance, data protection laws, and corporate governance best practices

Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
