The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and advice to our company on a wide range of matters related to hospitality and residential development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance within the hospitality and residential sectors.
Provide legal advice and support to the company\'s management and project teams on hospitality and residential development projects from inception to completion.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, including but not limited to purchase agreements, lease agreements, development agreements, construction contracts, and joint venture agreements.
Conduct due diligence reviews and assessments for potential development projects, including title investigations, zoning regulations, land use restrictions, and environmental compliance.
Manage legal risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing hospitality and residential development projects.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, government authorities, and third-party vendors to address legal issues and facilitate project approvals and permits.
Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and litigation related to hospitality and residential development projects, including mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
Stay abreast of legal developments, trends, and best practices in real estate law, hospitality law, and residential development to provide proactive advice and guidance to the company.
Support the legal team in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to promote legal compliance and mitigate risks across the organization.
