Charterhouse is working with an international organisation within the Property and Engineering industry, who is interested in hiring an experienced Legal Counsel.About the role
This role will assist the senior management team with a wide array of corporate and commercial legal tasks. The role will be based within their Dubai office but will assist with projects across Europe, KSA and Asia when required. Main responsibilities will include corporate matters, managing potential risks, liaising with external counsel as well as handling, negotiating and finalising a range of legal contracts and documentation. You will also be expected to provide commercial assistance and manage the UBO\xe2\x80\x99s personal requirements.
About you
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Law, and be fluent in English. The successful candidate will have around 3-5 years of experience within the Legal Profession, ideally in-house.
