Job Description
Join a high-performing Legal & Compliance team at the center of a fast-paced, international aviation business operating across multiple countries. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the General Counsel on a wide range of complex and high-impact legal matters.
What You'll Do: You'll handle a diverse portfolio that includes:Contract drafting and negotiationCorporate governanceCross-border M&ARegulatory compliancePrivate aircraft transactionsInternational dispute resolution
What We're Looking For: Someone who:Brings sound judgment and unwavering integrityThrives in a fast-moving, international environmentTakes initiative and ownership without the need for micromanagementIs proactive, practical, and confident identifying risks and proposing solutionsIs passionate about legal innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation
Must-Have Qualifications:Common law degree (LLB or equivalent, minimum requirement)3-6 years of post-qualification experiencePrevious in-house legal experience (aviation experience a plus)Fluent in business English, both written and spokenAble to interface confidently with senior leadership and external counsel
Bonus Points For:Prior experience in a law firmArabic language skills
