LEGAL COUNSEL, CORPORATE, UAE
We are working with a key UAE based client, addressing their need for legal team support. In total we have four roles running with them, two in assets and two at the corporate head office. This role will be headquarters based in the UAE.
ROLE: Working as a Legal Counsel within a small to medium seized team, you'll essentially be managing legal risk. The client has its own business interests and investments, as well as very broad portfolio of assets and operating companies, both domestically in the UAE but also globally. The role will see you handling and guiding corporate transactions, day to day commercial operations, as well as wider risk and compliance regulation.

CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to be taken into consideration:
- A general corporate and commercial skill set is ideal.
- At least 3+ years of post-qualified legal experience, with a preference for 5/6 years.
- Ideally you'll be based in the UAE already, or at least the wider Middle East and happy to relocate.
