Legal Counsel

to manage and oversee all legal aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have a solid legal background in the UAE, particularly with expertise in real estate law and rental dispute resolution in Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support across all departments of the organization Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration sessions, and external negotiations Proactively manage and resolve rental disputes in Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai Ensure company compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements Conduct in-depth legal research and keep the management updated on changes in legislation Liaise with external legal advisors, government entities, and dispute centers as required Support HR, Sales, and Operations teams with legal clarifications and risk assessments

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's preferred) Minimum of 5 years of proven legal experience in the UAE, preferably within the real estate sector Strong knowledge of UAE legal systems, tenancy laws, and dispute procedures Track record of handling and resolving legal cases and rental disputes effectively Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage sensitive legal matters with discretion and sound judgment Fluent in Arabic (required); proficiency in English is highly desirable UAE driving license (preferred)

Additional Information:

Must be based in Ajman or willing to relocate before the start date Immediate availability is an advantage
