Job Description

: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel/Legal Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the UAE, specifically in handling legal cases and demonstrating expertise in rental dispute resolution within Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai. Responsibilities: Handle all legal matters and provide legal advice and support to the organization. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and arbitrations. Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Conduct legal research and stay updated with relevant laws and regulations. Provide guidance and assistance to other departments regarding legal implications and compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and authorities. Manage and resolve rental disputes effectively and efficiently within Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Law or Higher degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or Legal Administrator within the UAE. Strong knowledge and expertise in UAE laws and regulations. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of successful legal case management and resolution. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Native Arabic speaker and knowledge of English is highly desirable. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
