- Review legal documents with respect to Veolia activities and provide the management with legal memos ,legal comments along with a mitigation plan for the highlighted risks within a defined time frame
- Draft the different types of agreements related to Veolia Business.
- Negotiate with our different stakeholders and be able to close deals in Veolia's best interest.
- To work in compliance with Veolia Key procedures and rules.
- To support in reviewing all template contracts with respect to EPC , labour , distribution , MOU , consortium , prebid and purchase agreements ;
- To Follow up on Veolia Corporate work related to annual resolutions and arrange for the necessary documentations,
- Liaisng with the finance department for DOA and insurance matters.
- To follow up with Veolia external lawyers on any ongoing file.
Ability to support the management and the different departments with the suitable legal advice.- Ability to work in a multinational environment with different cultures.
- Arrange for legal newsletters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable university .
- To have a broad experience in the EPC projects and sales agreements for more than 5 years in the region with a similar company.
- Adaptable to work as a team member and under stress
- To have good negotiations and communication skills with a commercial approach .
- To be responsive with good analytical thinking and a positive attitude.
- Languages :English Fluently spoken and written. Arabic is a plus
