Job Description
Job Role : Legal Counsel
Duration :6 Months Fixed
Location : Abu Dhabi Government
- Must have Qualified lawyer with 4 to 8 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in intellectual property law.
- Bachelor's degree in law
- LLM or equivalent is preferred
- Admitted to a recognised bar (common law jurisdiction preferred, for example, UK, US, Australia, etc.)
- Qualified lawyer with 4 to 8 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in intellectual property law.
- Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
- Solid understanding of trade mark, copyright, and design law; patent familiarity advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in licensing and commercial exploitation of IP.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.#LI-KS1
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance legal risks with business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams (legal, R&D, commercial, technical)
