Job Description
Job Title: Legal Counsel
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 40K AED 50K per month We're looking for a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across a diverse international organization. This role involves advising on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and cross-border legal matters, ensuring compliance with UAE and international laws. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents. Advise on business law, employment law, corporate governance, and compliance. Manage litigation and liaise with external counsel. Provide legal input on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Conduct training on compliance, risk, and regulatory matters. Navigate UAE, GCC, and international legal frameworks including DIFC and ADGM. Requirements: Law degree with 6-10 years of corporate legal experience. UAE or GCC experience is essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Strong understanding of international trade, intellectual property, and anti-corruption regulations. Previous in-house experience preferred.
