Yellow Door Energy's Legal Department plays a central role in supporting the commercial and technical teams across the business and ensuring strong corporate governance. We are a collaborative, cross-functional department responsible for legal documentation, corporate records, compliance support, and maintaining the company's governance framework across multiple jurisdictions.
We are seeking a Legal & Corporate Governance Paralegal to support these activities through hands-on UAE/GCC entity management, corporate licensing, and governance administration.
? About the Role
You will support the Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer across a range of responsibilities, including:

• Maintaining and renewing all corporate licenses for the company's subsidiaries (UAE mainland & free zones)
• Preparing, reviewing, and drafting corporate documents, including board and shareholder resolutions, NDAs, engagement letters, and routine agreements ??
• Supporting legal research, business transactions, and general legal department operations
• Maintaining and updating corporate records, statutory registers, organisational charts and governance documentation
• Handling regulatory filings, attestations, notarizations and coordinating with PROs, notaries, and corporate service providers
• Assisting with compliance activities, including third-party due diligence and preparing training materials

This is a hands-on role requiring strong UAE/GCC paralegal or corporate governance experience, particularly within entity management and regulatory processes.
? What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Law is preferred; paralegal certification not required
• 5+ years experience in a legal, paralegal, compliance, or governance role
• Practical experience managing UAE corporate licensing, entity formation, renewals, amendments, and filings
• Proven ability to draft and prepare corporate documents independently
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive working style
