Responsibilities
  • Archiving: Organizing and maintaining records and documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and reference.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): Conducting due diligence procedures to verify the identity of clients/vendors and the Company with the 3d parties and assess associated risks.
  • Agreements Review and Comparison: Analyzing legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Other Tasks Assigned by the General Counsel: Supporting the legal team and the company with various administrative and legal tasks as delegated by the General Counsel.
Requirements
  • A degree in Law from esteemed universities or law schools in the UAE.
  • UAE citizenship.
  • One year of continuous PQE is mandatory.
  • PC Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with common software applications and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE Laws: Ability to navigate and comprehend the intricacies of UAE legal regulations and proficiency in accessing various governmental websites.
  • Basic Drafting of Legal Documents: Capability to prepare fundamental legal documents such as letters and agreements, adhering to legal standards and conventions.
  • Adaptability: Openness to change, eagerness to acquire new skills, and ability to thrive in dynamic work settings.
  • Attention to Detail: Capability to uphold precision and accuracy in tasks, ensuring minimal errors and oversights.
  • Enthusiasm for Routine Tasks: Demonstrated enjoyment and proficiency in handling repetitive work tasks.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing positively to group dynamics and shared goals.
