Legal Advisor
to join our team.Full job description:
Should have knowledge of RDC, Dubai Courts, DIAC & prosecution. Provide legal guidance on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects in the UAE. Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements including lease contracts, MOUs, service agreements, and NDAs. Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Advise internal teams on real estate regulations, land use, zoning laws, and property licensing in Dubai and the wider UAE. Work cross-functionally with departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to support business goals and ensure compliance. Assist in overseeing legal and regulatory compliance, including audits, training, and internal controls. Represent the company in negotiations, legal proceedings and dispute resolution processes. Monitor and communicate updates in UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and other relevant legal developments. Contribute to the drafting of internal policies, checklists, and documentation to ensure legal consistency and compliance.Requirements:
Minimum of 6years of legal experience
, withmandatory experience in UAE Real Estate Law.
Strong working knowledge ofDubai Land Department (DLD)
andRERA
regulations (required).Arabic language proficiency
is preferred (spoken and written). Fluent in English. * Relevant legal qualifications and certifications.
