Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on company matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance Draft, review, and revise legal documents and agreements Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations Liaise with government authorities when required Support management with legal insights and risk mitigation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; UAE admission is an advantage Proven experience as a Legal Advisor in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Commercial Law & relevant regulations Excellent communication and drafting skills Arabic speakers and UAE-based candidates are preferred Immediately available candidates will be prioritized
