Job Description



We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor with over 10 years of expertise in the GCC region to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure compliance with regional laws, and support business operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the GCC. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards. Manage legal risks and support dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to achieve business objectives. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes in the GCC region especially in Bahrain.
Requirements

Law degree from a recognized institution; advanced qualifications preferred. Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with significant focus on GCC markets especially in Bahrain. In-depth knowledge of GCC legal frameworks, including corporate, labor, and commercial laws. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications

Broad experience in advising on diverse legal matters across various industries. Familiarity with regional and international regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal projects and negotiations.
