Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced

Legal Advisor

based in the UAE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in

Commercial, Labor, and Corporate Laws

within the UAE legal framework. Expertise in

International Laws

is also a key requirement. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in the

Power Stations

and

Real Estate

sectors in UAE. This role will involve

drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts

across these sectors.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on

Commercial, Labor, and Corporate

law matters within the UAE. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to

Power Station

projects and

Real Estate

transactions. Ensure all legal documentation and contracts comply with UAE laws, as well as international legal standards. Advise on

International Laws

for cross-border transactions, with a focus on energy and real estate investments. Support the business in navigating complex

Power Station

and

Real Estate

sector regulations and agreements. Represent the company in legal matters, ensuring proactive solutions to any potential legal issues. Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align legal strategies with business objectives. Manage and resolve legal disputes efficiently while mitigating risks.

Requirements:

Fluency in French, English, and Arabic

(mandatory). Proven experience in

Commercial, Labor, and Corporate Laws

in the UAE. Strong background in

International Laws

, with the ability to manage cross-border legal issues. Hands-on experience in the

Power Station

industry and

Real Estate

sector. Proven experience in

drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts

related to energy and real estate agreements. Ability to provide clear and actionable legal advice on complex matters.

Currently based in the UAE

(must be residing in the UAE).
