. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance, draft and review legal documents, and ensure full compliance with UAE labor, commercial, and corporate law. This role requires a deep understanding of the UAE legal system and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on UAE labor, civil, commercial, and corporate law
Draft and review contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents in both Arabic and English
Ensure company compliance with UAE regulatory requirements (DIFC, ADGM, or mainland)
Represent the company in legal matters and liaise with external legal counsel as needed
Support licensing, trademark, and company formation processes in the UAE
Keep updated on new UAE laws and advise management on changes and legal risks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (preferably UAE-accredited); Master's or UAE Legal Affairs Dept. license is a plus
Minimum 2-3 years of legal advisory experience in the UAE
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(both written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, labor, and real estate law
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks
Preferred:
Previous work with a law firm or in-house legal department in the UAE
Experience handling DED, free zone, or offshore legal matters
Familiarity with government portals (MOHRE, Dubai Courts, Notary Public, etc.)
