Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused

Legal Advisor (Arabic Speaker)

to provide expert legal guidance on immigration and related matters. The role involves interpreting and applying immigration laws, reviewing legal documents, advising clients on eligibility and compliance, and ensuring all cases align with current regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal consultation and resolve client-related legal issues within the immigration process. Review and interpret immigration laws, regulations, and case-specific legal matters. Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and suitable solutions for complex immigration cases. Draft, review, and verify contracts, agreements, and immigration-related legal documents. Liaise with government authorities, embassies, and legal bodies on behalf of clients. Ensure all cases comply with the latest immigration and labor laws. Support the immigration team with legal interpretations, dispute resolution, and compliance matters. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all client interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Law

or a related field. Proven experience as a

Legal Advisor

,

Immigration Consultant

, or in a similar legal role. Strong knowledge of

immigration laws, regulations, visa processes, and legal documentation

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Strong attention to detail and

organizational skills

to manage multiple cases. Ability to handle

legal issues and provide solutions

Fluency in English and Arabic

Preferred Skills:
