Job Description
We are seeking a
highly experienced Arabic-speaking Legal Advisor
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will havestrong knowledge of UAE laws
, with hands-on experience inProperty, Family, Corporate, and Commercial Law
.You will provide expert legal advice, manage contracts and disputes, and ensure all company activities comply with UAE regulations.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, property, and family law matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MoUs. Handle property-related transactions, title deeds, and tenancy contracts. Represent the company in legal disputes, arbitration, and government procedures. Advise on inheritance, wills, and family law issues under UAE regulations. Liaise with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other authorities. Ensure compliance with UAE laws and Free Zone regulations. Manage legal documentation, policies, and company governance. Coordinate with external law firms when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master's Degree (LLM) preferred.
5-8 years of proven legal experience in the UAE.
Strong background inProperty Law, Family Law, and Corporate Law.
Must befluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written). Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Deep understanding of UAE Civil, Commercial, and Labor Laws. Experience dealing withDLD, RERA, and UAE courts.
