is hiring a qualified and detail-orientedLegal Advisor
with strongcorporate legal expertise
. The ideal candidate must be fluent inArabic and English
and well-versed in UAE laws governing corporate structures, commercial transactions, governance, and compliance. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure legal integrity across our growing investment portfolio.Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on
corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, mergers, acquisitions
, and commercial transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and documents inArabic and English
, including MOUs, NDAs, JV agreements, and partnership contracts. Ensure compliance withUAE corporate law, free zone regulations
, and other applicable legal frameworks. Advise management onrisk mitigation
, company policies, and legal implications of business decisions. Liaise withgovernment entities
, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel when required. Stay current with legal and regulatory developments affecting the investment and corporate landscape in the UAE. Assist in managing legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters when needed.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's or UAE legal license is a plus. Minimum
5 years of experience in corporate law
within the UAE. Proven ability to interpret and applyUAE commercial, labor, and company law
. Fluent inArabic and English
- both written and spoken. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills. High integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.Job Type: Full-time
