to manage our commercial operations and protect our brand integrity through expert consumer law management.

The Role

This is a highly practical role. You will be the primary point of contact for all matters regarding

UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection)

. Your goal is to ensure our warranty processes are legally airtight and to resolve customer disputes with professional efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warranty & Claims:

Manage vehicle warranty legalities, ensuring compliance with UAE Ministry of Economy regulations.

Dispute Resolution:

Proactively handle consumer complaints and represent EVS in communications with the

DED (Department of Economy and Tourism)

.

Contractual Review:

Draft and review service agreements, vendor contracts, and employment-related legal documents.

Regulatory Liaison:

Navigate government portals and handle legal filings and renewals.

Compliance:

Keep management updated on changes in UAE commercial and labor laws.

Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

UAE Experience:

Minimum

5 years of legal experience

specifically within the UAE.

Industry Knowledge:

Previous experience in

Automotive, Electronics, or Retail

is mandatory (you must understand warranty law).

The "Hustle":

Ability to work independently and deal directly with local authorities.

Language:

Native or professional-level

Arabic

(speaking and reading) is strongly preferred for this role to handle local documentation.

Education:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution.
