Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and labor matters in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal authorities when necessary.
Ensure compliance with local licensing, regulatory, and governmental requirements in Sharjah and the UAE.
Advise management on legal risks, rights, and obligations.
Stay updated on changes in UAE laws, regulations, and business policies.
Handle dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation cases when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (Master's preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Advisor / Corporate Lawyer in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Civil, Commercial, and Labor Laws.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases/projects.
