Bone Crepe Chocolate LLC is seeking a highly qualified
Legal Advisor
with5 years of UAE experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel, ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations, and protect the company's legal interests in all business operations.Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice to management on all business, contractual, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and company policies. Ensure company compliance with UAE commercial, labor, and corporate laws. Represent the company in legal proceedings when required. Handle legal documentation, renewals, and licensing processes. Liaise with external legal counsel, government departments, and authorities. Advise on intellectual property, trademarks, and company registrations. Support management with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum
5 years of legal experience
in the UAE, preferably in the corporate or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of UAE labor, commercial, and civil laws. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.How to Apply:
