We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Legal Advisor to provide sound legal guidance and support across the company's operations in the UAE. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations, reviewing and drafting legal documents, managing contractual matters, and advising management on legal risks and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on a broad range of commercial, civil, corporate, labor, and regulatory matters in compliance with UAE laws.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.

Advise management on potential legal risks, rights, and obligations, and recommend courses of action.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory filings with UAE authorities.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, investigations, or regulatory discussions when required.

Liaise with external law firms, government departments, and free zone authorities.

Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and update internal stakeholders on changes impacting the business.

Assist in resolving internal disputes, employee legal issues, and customer or vendor claims.

Maintain accurate legal records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal information.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree or specialization in UAE or international law is an advantage.

Must be licensed to practice law in the UAE or hold recognized legal certification.

Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

Solid understanding of UAE civil, labor, commercial, and corporate laws.

Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity.

Ability to work independently and provide practical legal solutions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with companies in Free Zones (e.g., DIFC, DMCC, JAFZA) and mainland UAE.

Knowledge of arbitration procedures, intellectual property laws, and company formation in UAE.

Experience in legal advisory roles in sectors such as real estate, finance, healthcare, or hospitality.
