We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Legal Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Real Estate Law
and
UAE Labor Law
, with a minimum of 5 years of legal practice in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing legal guidance, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the company's operations with sound legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on matters related to
real estate transactions
, contracts, and property disputes.
Advise on
UAE Labor Law
issues including employment contracts, terminations, disputes, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
Ensure the company's operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in UAE legislation and provide proactive legal risk assessments.
Support internal departments with legal interpretations and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of legal experience
in Abu Dhabi, specifically in
Real Estate Law
and
Labor Law
.
Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's or legal certification preferred.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of UAE legal system and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
