Job Responsibilities:
Managing and following up the various legal support requests received by the
office and ensuring their completion in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Supervising the execution of approved legal support requests and following up
all parties involved in execution in a manner that ensures compliance with CPC
policies, procedures and standards in this regard.
Prepare periodic reports with respect to the legal aspects and submit it to
competent authority. Provide legal opinion, advice, legal support and legal solutions in all legal
aspects, including contracts, agreements, documents, negotiations, legal
issues, etc.
Draft CPC-wide administrative legislations (policies, regulations and rules)
across CPC.
Analyze cases, laws and regulations deeply
