Legal Adviser
Job Description
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); UAE Legal License preferred.
4-7 years experience in labour or employment law, ideally in manpower or contracting sectors.
Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and immigration procedures.
Strong drafting and communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic preferred).
Familiarity with blue-collar workforce issues, dispute handling, and compliance tracking.

Working Conditions:
6-day work week.
Field visits to labour camps or client sites when required.
May be required to attend government departments or labor court.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
