Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Legal Administrator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative to the legal department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and contracts. Maintain and update case files, records, and databases. Coordinate with external law firms, government entities, and internal departments. Manage documentation related to company licenses, renewals, and regulatory filings. Assist in drafting letters, agreements, and correspondence. Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for the legal team. Support the legal and compliance functions with research and documentation as required.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE legal procedures and documentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and document management systems. Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage).
