The Legal Admin / Legal Verifier plays a key role in supporting the legal department by managing documentation, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of contracts, and verifying compliance of all real estate transactions with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The role requires close coordination with internal departments, external legal advisors, developers, authorities, and clients to ensure all legal documentation is properly reviewed, recorded, and maintained.
Review and verify real estate contracts, sale and purchase agreements (SPA), lease agreements, addendums, NDAs, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure all documents are in line with RERA, DLD, and other relevant UAE regulatory requirements.
Cross-check title deeds, ownership certificates, and corporate documents for authenticity and validity.
Maintain and update a database of verified legal documents and ensure audit readiness.
2. Administrative & Coordination Support
Prepare drafts of standard legal templates and coordinate their execution with relevant parties.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for all legal and property-related documents.
Liaise with government authorities such as DLD, RERA, Notary Public, and Dubai Courts for document verification and submissions.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to collect supporting documents required for legal processes.
3. Legal Record Management
Track document status and ensure timely renewal of expiring licenses, permits, and registrations.
Maintain confidentiality of all legal and client documentation.
Support in preparing reports, summaries, and trackers for legal compliance, disputes, and contracts.
4. Support in Legal Review
Assist the legal team in reviewing corporate documents such as MOAs, POAs, and trade licenses prior to signing.
Verify that all agreements are executed in accordance with company delegation of authority and signing protocols.
Conduct due diligence checks on clients, partners, and property documents when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in legal administration or document verification within the real estate sector in the UAE.
Good understanding of UAE property laws, RERA, and DLD documentation procedures.
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
