Position Overview: We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team and provide high-quality legal advice and support to the company\'s management, dealing with legal and regulatory issues relating to the business as well as managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should be highly knowledgeable and experienced in the day\xe2\x80\x93to\xe2\x80\x93day operations related to administrative government, business authorities, port authorities, law enforcement and other UAEgovernmental entities. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for offering comprehensive legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing our company to various authorities in various legal matters and ensuring effective and speedy compliance with local laws. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xa7 Provide legal advice and counsel to the company\'s management on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate, commercial, labor, international transactions, and regulatory matters. \xc2\xa7 Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents, including but not limited to charters, MOUs and ensuring their compliance with UAE laws and regulations. \xc2\xa7 Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and disputes, both in court and in alternative dispute resolution forums. \xc2\xa7 Stay up to date with UAE legal developments, conduct legal research, and analyze relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal opinions. \xc2\xa7 Ensure that the Company\xe2\x80\x99s operations are in compliance with all relevant UAE laws and regulations and assist in obtaining the necessary permits, NOC, approvals and licenses. \xc2\xa7 Oversee contract management processes, including contract review, negotiation, and risk assessment. \xc2\xa7 Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with the company\'s operations. \xc2\xa7 Act as the company\xe2\x80\x99s point of contact and/or representative interacting with relevant governmental organizations. Qualifications: \xc2\xa7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in law; LLMor equivalent advanced degree preferred. \xc2\xa7 Admitted to practice law in the United Arab Emirates, with a valid license. \xc2\xa7 Minimum of 10 years of experience as a legal advisor or attorney in the UAE. \xc2\xa7 In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, with expertise in areas such as corporate, commercial, and labor law. \xc2\xa7 A valid UAE driving license is a must. \xc2\xa7 Strong communication and negotiation skills. \xc2\xa7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xa7 Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent legal writing skills in both languages.
