Job description Summary: The Lead Refining Supervisor / Quality Controller will oversee lead refining furnace operations, as well as quality testing of finished goods and supervise a team to achieve optimal productivity. Salary: AED 3,250 to AED 3,500 \xef\xbb\xbfMandatory Requirement: Minimum 3 to 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Lead melting furnace & refining process Job Responsibilities:

Testing flux & raw material like tin ores, lead ores, tin dross & slag, lead dross & slag etc.
Analysis of various elements like Pb, Fe, Cu, Sn, Bi, Ag, Sb, Ca, Ni, Zn, S, Se etc by
SPECTRO (Quantron, Germany made) AAS (ECIL, India), and by Manual method.
Perform all the analysis & testing of Red Lead, Litharge, Grey Oxide etc. by AAS (ECIL, India), Scot Volumeter & by manual method.
Handling & calibration of Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES), Spectro, Quantron, Germany made & Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS) ECIL, India and prepare standards sample & solutions for analysis & standrization.
Have the good knowledge in the refining of lead & can make different types of lead alloy like Antimony alloys, Tin-Arsenic alloys, Calcium-Aluminum alloys, Cadmium alloys, Selenium alloys, Arsenic Alloy & Pure lead etc.
Good Labour handling capability.
Documentation of Refining Process.
Involve & Responsible for entire Production activity.
Set the product in target as required with proper quality.
Arrange the material for Production & maintain inventory of raw and finish goods by ensuring incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
Quality controlled & tackles quality rejection.
Inspection of finish goods as per as customer requirement & Issue test certificate.
Prepare Daily /Monthly MIS Report & analyzing with Top Management.
Planning & Production Reports preparations.
Target to reduced Internal and External Rejection

Specifications Familiar in casting procedure, with equipment and process Perform pre-shift meetings with crew for communication of shift goals, maintenance matters, review safety concerns and any other necessary communications Conduct yearly and mid-year performance reviews with production employees Hold employees accountable to Company\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Conduct, values, policies and procedures Provide leadership, engage employees, mentor, coach and provide developmental guidance for all employees Apply progressive discipline as required; enforcing compliance with Company policies, procedures Complete daily shift reports, incident tracking and employee behavioral audits Participate in monthly inventory count and reconciliation Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Must be able to work rotating 12-hour continental shifts (12am-12pm & 12pm-12am) Computer proficiency is required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,250.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
