About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer to be responsible for instructing and mentoring students, conducting, and publishing original research within their discipline, and service to the Academy.

• Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students to develop their knowledge skills and competence as the future hospitality and tourism industry leaders.
• Supervising students and accompanying them in their projects and research projects.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous professional development and excellence in teaching and learning
• Conducting research applied to the needs of the programme and relevant to the Hospitality and Tourism Industry, and aligned with current issues in the discipline.
• Engaging in scholarly activities including conferences and seminars to disseminate the results of research conducted at the EAHM
• Presenting Professional Development Courses to facilitate the development of our industry colleagues
• Any other duties such as service to the institution as may reasonably be requested by the management.
• Carry out any other duties commensurate with the scale and grade of the post.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications.

• Master\'s Degree in a relevant discipline
• A minimum of two year of teaching experience in a hospitality/Business related undergraduate programme (masters preferred)
• A minimum of two years of experience in curriculum/course design.
• Must have a portfolio of research activities that offer a realistic prospect of publication in international refereed journals.
• Operational experience in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry
• Team player, able to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
• Provide a secure, safe, challenging, and friendly learning environment.
