Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional cleaning, recoloring, refinishing, and restoration of leather, suede, and nubuck items. Identify material type, damage level, and required restoration process. Prepare and mix colors accurately to match original shades and finishes. Execute repair techniques such as edge painting, panel replacement, recoloring, stitching, and reconditioning. Conduct quality checks on all completed work to ensure it meets brand and internal standards. Record work progress accurately in the company's ERP system. Maintain workstations, tools, and materials in a clean and organized manner. Coordinate with QC and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of items. Follow all safety and operational SOPs within the workshop.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in leather restoration, repair, or craftsmanship (preferred 1-3 years). Strong understanding of leather types, dyes, paints, and finishing materials. Excellent attention to detail, color accuracy, and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple projects. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer literacy (for logging jobs in ERP / work management system).

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
